Scientificals is short for Scientificals Design Inc, owned by Mishtu Banerjee. Scientificals is a founding co in Harmeny
Scientificals Design motto is "Bringing Biology to Life". It's focus in the context of biology and particularly large complex biological data sources is:
- Information Design
- Statistical Programming methods, focussed on Information Visualization
- Edit/Writing in context of Information Design and biological complexity
Scientificals Design is currently less active, as Mishtu spends the bulk of his time focussed on Harmeny, and Scientificals is where smaller side projects are getting done.
Now that the "systems and software" development work is done under Harmeny, Scientificals is free to focus on my early and abiding interest in data analysis, particularly focussed on developing new methods of analysis, and bringing visualization to existing methods.
A picture is worth a thousand words.
Over the next year Scientificals web site will go up, and be a forum for past writings, discussion groups in biology and complexity and custom algorithm development for analysis of complex, messy, fascinating, (i.e. biological) data.
